  • 1 x Silverbeet- Fordhook Giant (Beta vulgaris)

    Biennial normally grown as an annual, growing to 70cm. A very popular home garden variety. Large tender green curled leaves with white ribs and stalks. Excellent flavour. Frost tolerant. Silver beet is also known as "Swiss Chard" and is often confused with "Spinach".

  • 1 x Oregano- Italian (Origanum vulgare)

    Perennial growing to 60cm. Bushy spreading plant with ovate dark green leaves. Leaves are very aromatic and can be used fresh or dried; commonly used in Italian, Greek and Mexican cuisine. Strong peppery flavour. Also has medicinal uses. Sometimes called "The pizza herb".

  • 1 x Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)

    Perennial growing to 50cm. Bushy upright plant with wrinkled green leaves and small pale yellow flowers. Leaves have a pleasant lemon flavour and are commonly used to flavour summer drinks, teas, desserts and salads. Has many medicinal uses. Can be used in potpourri. Attract bees. Also known as "Bee balm".

    Biennial growing to 50cm. Delicate curly green foliage that has a mild aniseed flavour. Commonly used to flavour soups, poultry, seafood, vegetables, salads and egg dishes. Sometimes referred to as 'Gourmet parsley' and called 'chevril' in French.

  • 1 x Everlasting Daisy- Mixed (Xerochrysum bracteatum)

    Short lived perennial to 90cm. Australian native daisy with large flowers featuring golden orange centres and papery textured petals in a mixture of colours which includes shades of red, pink, orange, yellow and white. Great for native gardens, container plantings, garden beds, borders, coastal areas and rockeries. Low maintenance, tolerant of poor soil conditions and drought. Makes a fantastic cut or dried flower lasting indefinitely. Flowers over a long period from spring through to autumn. Great for attracting native bees and hoverflies. Also known as "Paper daisy" or "Strawflower".

Also known as "Cactus flowered mix" and "Chrysanthemum flowered mix".

    This variety is slow to bolt and best suited for growing fresh leaves. Annual growing to 50cm. Aromatic plant with bright green leaves that are used fresh in salads or cooked in soups, sauces and chutneys. The dried seeds are used whole or ground as flavouring in both sweet and savory dishes. Coriander also has medicinal uses. Also known as "Chinese parsley" and "Cilantro". Attracts bees.

    Annual growing to 50cm. Good for beds, borders, pots, cottage gardens and as a cut flower.

    Salad onion. Forms no bulb. Stem and leaf grow straight up. Popular variety with nice flavour; good as a garnish, in dips, stews, soups, salads and stir fry's. Bunching onions are also known as "Welsh onions", often used as "Spring onions" and sometimes incorrectly called "Shallots".

    Good for microgreens and baby leaf production.
