Aloe hybrid
NOT TO TAS, WA
- Succulent perennial to 20cm
- Ivory flowers on delicate stems
- Suited to mass planting and containers
A succulent, clump-forming perennial growing to 25cm with a cluster of dark green leaves with reddish edges. The long-lasting orange buds and ivory coloured flowers are held on delicate stems, and bloom for up to 6 months in summer, autumn and winter. Flowers attract birds and beneficial insects. These small plants are an excellent choice for containers, or plant individually or on mass in garden beds and borders in very well drained soil.
Ornamental aloes are long-lived perennials that produce flower spikes over a long flowering period, mainly in autumn, winter and spring. The clumps of upright leaves look attractive year-round. Plants are low maintenance, heat and drought tolerant. The Aloe Aloe range of aloes has been bred for adaptability to garden conditions, prolific flowering over a long period, and for flowering as young plants.
Unauthorised commercial propagation or any sale, conditioning, export or import or stocking of propagation material of this variety is an infringement under the Plant Breeders Rights Act 1994.
Note: bare-rooted plants or 'pups' vary in size and stages of root development.
