Annual growing to 50cm. Bushy plant. Feathery light green leaves have a sweet aniseed flavour that are commonly used in salads, soups, stews. Aromatic seedpods are commonly known as Aniseed; they have a spicy liquorice flavour that is used in drinks, teas, desserts, breads and confectionery. Also has medicinal uses.
