Climbing Bean- Purple King

Hardy bean, good taste, good yield - and lovely purple flowers too :)

Climbing Bean- Purple King

Grew it last summer and am growing it again as it’s so yummy and crunchy. Awesome climber and quite prolific producer, and the purple colour adds a vibrant touch to the garden. And watch the magic happen as they turn from purple to green when you cook them! You can’t get this sort of fresh natural flavours from store bought varieties.

Magic bean

I love this plant, it adds colour to the garden with its purple tones. awesome cropper, very sturdy climber. Gorgeous flowers. Great eaten straight from the vine. Or for some fun for the kids cook them and watch the magic happen when they go from being purple to green!

my favourite bean

This is my favorite french bean variety. Awesome colour, easy to grow, heavy yields and very good eating. I grow it every year and load up the freezer for winter, so I have them available all year:-)
